Dear Christians,
Please remember in response to the death of a man who is, undoubtedly, burning in eternal damnation separate from the Lord that we should not be in celebration. Also a moment is needed to say that all Christians who have prayed so fervently for the death of this man be convicted and repent for you have failed to forgive even though you claim forgiveness for yourself. What would have occurred if instead of condemnation you prayed for repentance? How much more the glory of God would have shown about the world to have converted one of Islam’s holy men.
If you stop and look at the Bible there is a man who murdered Christians, he sought to destroy the Church. He wanted to be the end of them, and we call him Paul. Is Christianity that far from God that we have abandoned the core values with which it was founded upon? Be convicted by the Holy Spirit, and recognize the truth because if not you should fear for yourself.
What is the difference between a blood thirsty Christian, and a blood thirsty Muslim? The answer is nothing, both of them pray for the same thing and both reject the teachings of Christ.
Indeed. More than just this one man died tonight, once again the integrity of the visible "church" has fallen. Not the first time, not the last, but once again the true spirit lying just beneath the veneer has been revealed as black as night, as dark as death. Social media outlets (FaceBook blowing up, twitter trending topics, YouTube celebrations, streaming video live from news agencies) make it easier to a) find hate b) get hooked into the hate and c) submit your own hate, in some cases anonymously.

I am happy you have taken the time to reflect on these truths. As we deal with the Muslim world, only God can intervene to act and change a person. We as Christians boast ( Boasting-Reminds my of Paul calling out the Jews in the Book of Romans) we because are of america the land dominated by Christianity or so we claim, yet we fail to see the true meaning of the Gospel. Loved your words, this makes you pause and think. Its true that perhaps a sever penalty is well deserved for the person, but rejoicing in his damnation is not the roll a follower of Christ should play.
